HOME CHECK-INS

Our home check-in service provides peace of mind while you’re away. We can collect mail and packages, check doors and windows, bring in trash bins, water plants, look for leaks or weather-related issues, and make sure everything appears safe and secure. Check-ins can be combined with pet visits or scheduled separately, depending on your needs.

Rates are $20 for a 30-minute home check. We will send a written agreement prior to service with dates, times, specific expectations and pricing. All agreed-upon services are documented in writing before the job, and we follow up with notes/photos on what was completed — so you always know exactly what to expect and what was delivered.

ABOUT US

Lulu’s is a locally owned, female-owned Santa Fe business. My daughter, Lucy— “Lulu”—and I started the business together in 2022. I’m a longtime Santa Fe educator, and Lucy is a high school student and animal lover. We are trusted for our consistency, reliability, and attention to detail.
